Grupo Primafrio’s Code of Conduct aims to establish binding values, principles and guidelines of conduct which should guide the behaviour of companies and corporations within Grupo Primafrio as well as employees, providers and subcontractors in the execution of their professional activity and the compliance of current legislation.
In addition, the Code establishes follow-up, control and monitoring means required to ensure compliance and prevent criminal behaviour, in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law 1/2015, of 30th May, by which the Organic Law 10/1995, of 23rd November, of the Spanish Criminal Code is modified.
